Constance "Connie" Farmer

Constance “Connie” A Farmer, age 82, of Norwalk, passed away Monday morning, April 10, 2017 at Twilight Gardens Home.

She was born September 24, 1934 in Norwalk to the late John and Marjorie (Linder) Churchill. She retired after 20 years in Jewelry sales at the Sandusky Mall. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved shopping and watching her grandchildren play sports. She was an avid fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Lebron James.

She is survived by her children, Christine Farmer, and her son James, Terri L. Farmer and daughter’s Brittany Hartman and Hannah Dresser, Vickie M. (Jamie) Starcher and their sons, Mathew, Owen and Gavin, twin sons, Ronald J. (Donna) Farmer and their son, Kaleb, Donald J. Farmer and his daughter, Katie, and son Steven; great-grandchildren, Paige, Luke, Addison, Landon, Aubrey, Skylee and Nolan; brothers, John (Barbara) Churchill Jr, Tom (Sue) Churchill; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 23 years, James D. Farmer who owned Downtown Dodge, Inc. until his death in 1976

Friends may call on Wednesday from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 11:30 A.M. in the funeral home with the Rev. Ron Schock, pastor of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, officiating. Private interment will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude’s or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
