I have met many super people in my time--Fletch was one--Friendly, loyal, funny, caring, happy, oh yes happu--When we were co-workers he was Fuzzy[because of the beard, I was Homer[WVA], Carsten was Pops [ fatherly]--we enjoyed ourselves and we turned out super work [there`s that word again] because Jim would not tolerate anything else. We
-worked for Koch Aluminum for a time--they had a board with comments from customers--9()% was about us--all positive--because of JIm--super Craftsman--learned much from him---as long as I live--he will be remembered!--God Bless.

To the family of Jim Fletcher please accept my sincere condolences for your great loss. The death of a loved one is one of the most difficult challenges we could ever face. This scripture brought me comfort when I lost a loved one and I hope it can do the same for your family. (Psalm 34:18) May God give you comfort and the strength to endure through this difficult time.
