Karlene A (Klein) Myers, 78 of Norwalk, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Stein Hospice.

She was born on May 19, 1940 to the late Karl and Pauline (Harsh) Klein. She was a graduate of Canton Lincoln High School and later attended school to be a medical secretary. She retired from FTMC in 2006 where she worked for many years as a transcriptionist. She was a huge fan of basketball, especially Lebron James. She was an avid reader who also enjoyed collecting the books she read. Above all, her faith and spending time with her family and those closest to her, meant the most to her.

She is survived by her daughter, Kristen Myers Mensah of Toledo; grandchildren Alec Wells of Lorain, Tyler Wells of Sandusky, Tianna Wells of Olmsted Falls and Alexis Wells of Lorain, and their father, Shannon Wells of Lorain; great grandchildren, Isaiah and Trey and her sister, Susan Hohenshil of Northville, MI

A gathering of friends and family will be held Saturday January 26, 2019 from 1 -4 pm at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E Main Street, Norwalk.

So sorry Kristen to hear of your mother's passing. We would be there to share your sorrow but are in FL for the winter. We certainly did have some good times back in the day. We did run into her at Gaymont one day when she was in for rehab a couple years ago. Taker care. We'll be thinking of you.
