Roy “Smokie” A Stewart III, 38 of Norwalk, Ohio lost his battle with addiction Monday July 1, 2019.

He was born December 9, 1980 in Marietta, Ohio to the late Roy A. Stewart and Mary F. Stewart.

He enjoyed the outdoors. He loved his children, fishing and walking at the reservoir to clear his mind.

He is survived by his daughter Autumn Stewart of Collins, Ohio. Sons Cody Stewart of Monroeville, Ohio and Ethan Stewart of Kentucky. Sisters Kim Stewart of Collins, Ohio, Connie “Nita” Mckerahan of Vermilion, Ohio, Therese Morton of Marion, Ohio and Ivy Stewart of Crestline, Ohio. Brothers Robert Stewart of Marion, Ohio, Roy “Kippy” Stewart of Rogers, Ohio and Jaden Stewart of Crestline, Ohio.

He is proceeded in death by his father Roy A. Stewart and mother Mary F. (Murphy) Stewart as well as sisters Audrey F. Hibbard, Mary E. Stewart and brother Roy A. Stewart.

A gathering will be held Tuesday July 9, 2019 at 5pm with a dinner to follow at The Maple City Church of God located at 79 East Main Street in Norwalk, Ohio to celebrate his life.
