Charles R Good

Charles R Good, age 73, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.

He was born February 12, 1951, in Norwalk to the late Cyril and Lyla (Reiter) Good. He was a 1969 graduate of Western Reserve High School and attended St. Paul Catholic Church. He worked at Routh Packaging in Sandusky and was a self-employed truck driver for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family outdoors, mowing the lawn, and was an old school mechanic, tinkering on old vehicles and tractors.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Judith (Heiberger) Good of Norwalk, children, Tad Kimes of Key West, FL and Tamera (Kirk) Brummett of Sarasota, FL; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one on the way; siblings, Art (Darlene) Good of Norwalk, Albert (Judi) Good of Collins, Rosemary Bistline of Goose Creek, SC, Peggy Brenner of Castalia, and Alice Alberts of Norwalk; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Bobby Reiter and Cyril Good.

A celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 3:00 – 5:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be held at a later date at Collins Cemetery.
