Edward L. Taylor

Edward L Taylor, age 82, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Carecore at Gaymont.
He was born August 23, 1943, in Vermilion and was raised in Bellevue with his mother Ora Kaiser. He was an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast and enjoyed working with his hands and riding his motorcycles. He was a self-employed truck driver most of his life.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Mary (Lewis) Taylor; sons, Michael, Steven and David; several grandchildren; and his siblings, Stanley, Paula and Carla; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Mike, Bob, Beth Ann, and Barb.
A celebration of Ed’s life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
