Glenn L. Pocock

Glenn Lee Pocock, age 76, of Norwalk, passed away Monday, November 17, 2025, at his residence.

He was born April 11, 1949, in Bellevue, OH to the late Claude and Christine (Gilbert) Pocock. He served in the US Army during Vietnam, and was an avid golfer, and enjoyed spending time with his family, bowling, and was a Big Foot enthusiast. He worked for 42 years at Norwalk Furniture and retired in 2008. He enjoyed visiting the Sandusky Speedway, watching NASCAR, and The Ohio State University sports.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Virginia (Legg) Pocock; son, Scott Pocock; siblings, Alan Pocock, Gary (Jean) Pocock, Ronnie (Linda) Pocock, Rolland (Vaughn) Pocock, Kenny (Bonnie) Pocock, Loretta (Tom) Minnich, Chrissy (Dan) Davison, Keith (Tessie) Pocock, Ricky (Lilly) Pocock and numerous niece sand nephews; and his in-laws, Frank (Jean) Legg and Bob (Deb) Legg.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Larry Pocock; parents-in-law, Clarence and Gisela Legg; sister-in-law, Christina Hainline.

Per his request cremation will take place and a celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date and interment at Woodlawn Cemetery. 

Memorial contributions may be made for Pancreas Cancer research.
