Thomas W. Myers

Thomas Wilson Myers, age 74, of Painesville and formerly Norwalk, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026, comfortably in hospice care after an intense bout of the flu and an 8 year long diagnosis of Parkinson’s. 

He was born November 18, 1951, to the late Boyd and Mary (Phillips) Myers.  He was a graduate of Norwalk High School and worked in maintenance for many years at Mayflower. He was an avid fisherman and fished any chance he got. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, reading, and playing chess. 

He is survived by his children, Elisha (Vincent) Paratore, Bonnie (Xavier) Myers and Jay Myers; his sister Polly (Tom) Offenbecher; and his 4 grandchildren, along with many others who will miss him dearly. 

A celebration of Thomas’ life will be held Saturday, February 7th, 2026, from 11:30 A.M. until time of service at 1:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.

Private interment will be held at a later date.
