Scott N. Stoddard

Scott N Stoddard, age 68, of Norwalk, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.
He was born March 3, 1958, in Norwalk and was a 1976 graduate of Norwalk High School and EHOVE Career Center. He then served in the US Navy on the Enterprise aircraft carrier. He was a mechanic and enjoyed working at the House of Corvettes in California and then lived many years in Austin, TX. He enjoyed spending time with his family, attended St. Paul Episcopal Church, and was a member of the Norwalk Eagles aerie 711, the American Legion Post 41, and the former Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his mother, Ann Stoddard; brother, Tim Stoddard of Norwalk; and his sister, Nancy Tittle of Berlin Heights. his cousins, Laurie West and Ty Bowling; and over 50 fostered children who lived together with them over the years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Stoddard in 2003; brothers, Christopher W. Stoddard in 2013, Thomas H. Stoddard in 2023 and Ricky in infancy.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 10:30 A.M. until time of service at 11:30 A.M. in the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Interment will follow at Clarksfield Cemetery.
