I don’t know if you’ll recognize my name or not – I’m V. Sheffield’s granddaughter. I spoke with you quite a bit at my grandmother’s calling hours last Friday night. I just wanted to let you know how much my family and I appreciate everything that you did for us. My dad is not easy to please, especially when it came to wanting the best for his mother, and you came through beautifully. He was telling our family what a nice job you did for us in Norwalk. I know we weren’t the easiest – or most organized! – family to work with, so we appreciate your help.
